Founder and President of Presence Ministry

Agnes graduated from Alliance Bible Seminary in Hong Kong, followed by many years of pastoral experiences with extensive ministries with youth. After moving to the United States in 1995, Agnes obtained her Master Degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is currently a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at Alliant International University – California School of Professional Psychology.

Katy Lee graduated from Talbot School of Theology with a Master Degree in Christian Education. She has extensive experience teaching and working with children, youth, young adults, and parents. Her passion is to help parents effectively raise their children in the Christian faith.

Janet, immigrated from mainland China in 1989, is married with two children, ages 5 & 10. Early childhood development has always been the focus of her academic and career pursuits.

Dr. David Phan has a Doctorate in Chiropractic specializing in advanced brain base chiropractic neurology. His extensive experiences include ADHD and autism treatment of children, exercise physiology with emphasis in nutrition, sports medicine and other child development related issues.

Rozlyn graduated from Talbot School of Theology at Biola University with a Master of Divinity degree in Christian Education. She has over 10 years of ministry experience working with children, youth, college students, and young adults.

Will graduated from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Molecular Biology and earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix. His passion is to teach our youth to hold firm against peer pressure and he is an advocate for greater parental involvement in the lives of one's children.

Alfreda Ip graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology with a minor in Communications and Biblical studies, received her Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California, and has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2007. Her experiences include counseling troubled children/teens, vocational counseling to adults with schizophrenia, and serving in the mission field in China. Alfreda has been volunteering with Presence Ministry since 2006 in the area of youth leader training and curriculum development. She actively serves in her church with young people from mainland China.

At the age of 15, a face to face encounter with God miraculously saved and transformed Sarah's life from homosexuality and devil worship. A graduate from UC Berkeley in Mass Communication, Sarah has served as a coordinator for the Call, IHOP-KC Onething Ministries, and Master Potter Ministries.

 

Annette Jewik, MA, LMFT

Annette Jewik received her Master of Arts degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. She got licensed in 1994 and has been counseling adults, children, youths and families for over 20 years. She has conducted numerous parenting workshops at churches, at schools, and at conferences.
