The Federal case of Perry v. Schwarzenegger began this week in the San Francisco courtroom. The case is about Proposition 8 which restored the traditional definition of marriage in California, but it is about much more. The outcome will have implications for the 45 states where the people have voted to protect the traditional definition of marriage. It will ultimately determine the future of marriage for the entire United States.
